England manager Thomas Tuchel has cautioned Marcus Rashford to maximize his talent and maintain top-level performances, warning that failure to do so could leave the forward with lasting regrets later in his career.Tuchel, who took charge of the national team earlier this year, said Rashford has all the qualities to become one of the world’s best but needs to show greater consistency and hunger.

“Marcus has incredible ability — pace, power, intelligence — everything to dominate games,” Tuchel said. “But at this level, talent alone isn’t enough. You have to bring intensity, focus, and the right mindset every single time. Otherwise, you might one day look back and wish you’d done more.”The Manchester United star has endured a mixed start to the season, struggling to replicate his best form for both club and country.

Tuchel, however, expressed confidence that Rashford can still reach his full potential if he maintains discipline and drive.“I believe in him completely,” Tuchel added. “But this is the moment for him to take responsibility and show everyone what he’s truly capable of.”
