Popular Nigerian socialite and businessman Cubana Chief Priest has reaffirmed his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, declaring that criticism and intimidation from those opposed to their political position will not weaken their loyalty to the president.
In his statement, Cubana Chief Priest maintained that the more people attempt to bully them for supporting Tinubu, the more committed they become to standing by him. His remarks highlight his determination to maintain his political stance despite growing public criticism and differing opinions about the president’s leadership.
The celebrity businessman also compared supporting Tinubu to choosing Real Madrid over Charlton FC, using the football analogy to emphasise his confidence in the president. He argued that Tinubu played a significant role in transforming Lagos State and positively influencing the lives of many Nigerians.
His comments have since sparked conversations on social media, with Nigerians expressing mixed reactions to his continued support for the president. While some agree with his position, others have questioned the administration’s performance and the impact of its policies on citizens.
The development comes amid ongoing public debates about Tinubu’s leadership, economic policies and political future, as Nigerians continue to express their expectations for the country.
