Portable calls for government ban on prank videos after airport incident

Nigerian street-hop singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has urged the government to take strict action against pranksters, calling for an outright ban on prank videos.The controversial artist made the call after a heated altercation at the Port Harcourt International Airport, where he was reportedly targeted by individuals attempting to prank him.

In a video shared online, Portable expressed anger over the incident, describing pranks as “nonsense” and warning that such acts could lead to serious harm or even loss of life.He said, “These people doing pranks should be stopped.

Not everyone will take it lightly. Government needs to ban all these prank videos before something bad happens.”Portable’s outburst has reignited public debate on the ethics and safety of social media pranks, with many Nigerians echoing his concerns about the growing trend of dangerous stunts in public places.
