The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has uncovered suspected illicit drugs concealed inside fireproof iron safe boxes during a raid in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
According to reports, NDLEA operatives discovered quantities of suspected cocaine and heroin cleverly hidden inside the iron boxes, apparently in an attempt to evade detection.
A video from the operation shows the operatives opening the safe boxes and revealing the concealed substances.
The discovery highlights the measures being used by drug traffickers to hide illegal substances and transport them without attracting attention.
The NDLEA is expected to continue investigations into the seizure and identify those responsible for the drugs.
