Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, has officially signed the state’s 2026 budget of N1.729 trillion into law. The budget is designed to accelerate the implementation of the MORE Agenda, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure development, economic growth, and social welfare programs.
Governor Oborevwori highlighted that the budget prioritizes projects that will enhance transportation networks, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions across the state. The budget also includes allocations for job creation initiatives, youth empowerment programs, and critical public services, reinforcing the administration’s focus on inclusive growth and equitable development.
