
The Delta State Police Command has apprehended two suspected cultists in Agbor as part of its ongoing campaign against violent groups across the state.
According to the Command, the arrests were made during a targeted operation based on credible intelligence.
The suspects were caught with items believed to be linked to cult-related activities.
In a separate incident in Warri, operatives recovered firearms and other dangerous weapons after a group of fleeing suspects abandoned a tricycle during a chase.
The hoodlums reportedly escaped upon sighting the police, leaving behind the tricycle loaded with the illegal items.

The recovered weapons have been taken into custody, and police say investigations are currently underway to track down the escaping suspects and unravel the network behind the incidents.
