At least 13 displaced civilians were killed after a strike hit a mosque in Sudan, local sources said.According to eyewitnesses, the attack originated from the north, where the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) had reportedly overrun the Abu Shouk displacement camp and established positions as part of efforts to seize control of the city from the Sudanese army.

The victims were said to be internally displaced persons who had sought refuge in the mosque amid ongoing clashes between the RSF and government troops.The incident adds to growing concerns over civilian safety as fierce fighting continues to devastate parts of the war-torn country.
