Nigerian-born entertainer Peter Okeke, popularly known as DJ Expression, has officially broken the Guinness World Record for the longest disc jockey (DJ) set, after performing non-stop for 247 hours in Texas, United States.The extraordinary feat, which lasted over 10 consecutive days, saw DJ Expression thrill audiences with an electrifying mix of Afrobeat, hip-hop, and international sounds.

The record-breaking performance took place at a venue in Houston, Texas, and attracted fans, fellow entertainers, and members of the Nigerian community who came to show support.DJ Expression said the attempt was not just a personal milestone but a celebration of Nigerian talent and resilience.> “This record is for every dreamer who believes nothing is impossible. I wanted to show that with passion, consistency, and faith, you can achieve anything,” he said after completing the marathon set.Officials from the Guinness World Records are expected to confirm and certify the achievement in the coming days after reviewing the evidence.
