A Nigerian woman has publicly appealed for help after alleging that a real estate company, PWAN, has yet to allocate a plot of land she and her husband reportedly purchased for ₦10.9 million in September 2024.
According to her account, the couple completed payment for the property with the expectation that the land would be allocated within a reasonable period. However, she claimed that nearly two years later, they have neither received the land nor been refunded their money.
The woman alleged that several efforts to resolve the issue directly with the company have not produced any satisfactory outcome. She further stated that she and her husband have reported the matter to law enforcement and other security agencies in a bid to recover either the property or their funds.
Expressing frustration over the situation, she called on the public and relevant authorities to intervene, insisting that the prolonged delay has caused significant emotional and financial distress to her family.
As of the time of reporting, the allegations remain the woman’s claims, and PWAN has not publicly responded to the specific accusations.
