Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez has opened up about his concerns over Nigeria’s development, revealing that he does not want to spend his retirement years in the country.
Speaking on The Zeze Millz Show, the rapper described Nigeria as “hectic,” noting that his experiences abroad have made him more aware of the improvements he believes the country needs. Despite the challenges, he acknowledged the energy, resilience and determination of Nigerians, while expressing hope that the country would eventually become a better place to live.
Blaqbonez also shared his vision for life after retirement, explaining that he dreams of settling on a large ranch where he can raise animals and enjoy a more peaceful lifestyle.
However, he admitted that it is difficult for him to imagine achieving that dream in Nigeria, given his concerns about the country’s current situation.
His comments have sparked conversations about Nigeria’s living conditions, infrastructure and the desire among some citizens to seek a more comfortable life abroad.
The rapper’s remarks have also highlighted the broader concerns of Nigerians who hope for a future where they can enjoy peace, security and a better quality of life in their own country.
