A Nigerian woman, Habibat Salawudeen Ihiovi-Jack, has successfully completed a 144-hour marathon Bible reading in an attempt to set a new Guinness World Record.
The endurance challenge, which lasted six consecutive days, saw Habibat read the Bible continuously while adhering to the guidelines for record attempts. The feat attracted support from family, friends, well-wishers, and members of the public who followed her journey.
Although she has completed the marathon, the achievement will only become an official Guinness World Record after Guinness World Records reviews all submitted evidence and confirms that every requirement for the attempt was met.
