In a letter published by North Korea’s state media on Wednesday, Kim praised Russian President Vladimir Putin and described the relationship between both countries as solid and dependable.
The statement comes as ties between Russia and North Korea continue to grow stronger following Russia’s 2022 invasion of Ukraine. Since the war began, North Korea has reportedly provided support to Russia, including ground troops and weapons systems.
The growing alliance between the two nations has drawn international attention, with many countries closely watching the military and political cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang.
