New Delta CP Pledges Proactive Policing as Aina Adesola Assumes Office

Aina Adesola has officially assumed duty as the 23rd Commissioner of Police in Delta State, promising to strengthen proactive policing and enhance security across the state.

Speaking shortly after taking over the command, CP Adesola expressed commitment to intelligence-led policing, crime prevention, and rapid response to security threats. He emphasized that his administration would focus on community engagement, collaboration with other security agencies, and the effective use of modern policing strategies to curb criminal activities.

The new Commissioner assured residents of Delta State that the police under his leadership would be professional, responsive, and people-oriented. He called on officers and men of the command to uphold discipline, respect human rights, and discharge their duties with integrity and dedication.

CP Adesola also appealed to members of the public to cooperate with the police by providing timely and useful information, noting that security is a collective responsibility.
