Alhaji Abdullahi Sani, Chairman of Safana Local Government Area in Katsina State, has distributed 10 vehicles to councillors and extended empowerment programs to 1,322 residents.

Beneficiaries of the empowerment program received various forms of support, designed to create economic opportunities and encourage self-reliance.
