Ossai Ovie Success, an aide to the Delta State Governor, has accused the organisers of Big Brother Naija of manipulating the voting process after housemate Dede emerged as runner-up in the just-concluded season.
In a post shared on X, Ossai alleged that Dede was “robbed” of victory because the organisers did not want another contestant from Delta State to win, following Kellyrae’s triumph in the previous season.
According to him, Dede truly deserved to be crowned the winner, not merely because she hails from Delta, but because she made Nigerians proud throughout the show.
He wrote:
“Dede was robbed by the BBNaija organisers because Delta boy Kellyrae won last year. She deserves to win this season, not giving her second position. She’s supposed to be the winner, not because she’s a Delta girl, but because she made everyone who watched the show proud.
Ossai further threatened to take legal action against the organisers, insisting that the voting process was rigged and promising to sue the Big Brother Naija management on Dede’s behalf.
