Music executive Ubi Franklin has claimed that Nigerian singer Kizz Daniel has one of the biggest, if not the biggest, real estate portfolios among Nigerian music artists.
According to Franklin, Kizz Daniel’s property investments are estimated to be worth between ₦9 billion and ₦10 billion. He also suggested that the singer prefers to build his wealth quietly rather than publicly showcasing his assets.
Franklin reportedly placed Davido close behind Kizz Daniel in terms of real estate investments, while noting that Burna Boy is also steadily expanding his property portfolio.
The claim has sparked conversations online about how some of Nigeria’s biggest music stars are investing their earnings in real estate and building wealth beyond music.
