Delta State Governor’s aide, Oghenede Ufuoma, has empowered widows, students, and youths through the distribution of cash grants, learning materials, and vocational training support.

The empowerment programme, held in Delta State, was aimed at improving the welfare of vulnerable groups while encouraging education, skill acquisition, and self-reliance among beneficiaries.
