The Police in Kano State have conducted a major operation targeting criminal hideouts across the state, leading to the arrest of 193 suspected offenders.
According to security sources, the coordinated raids were carried out in various locations identified as black spots for criminal activities. During the exercise, officers reportedly recovered dangerous weapons, illicit drugs, and other incriminating exhibits linked to the suspects.
Authorities say the operation is part of ongoing efforts to curb crime and restore public safety across Kano. The police have also assured residents that investigations are ongoing, and the suspects will be prosecuted after proper screening.
