News

According to military sources, the suspect was picked up during a routine security operation after intelligence reports linked her to terrorist logistics networks. Investigations revealed that she allegedly supplied drugs to insurgents to boost their morale and sustain their activities in the region.

The woman is believed to have acted as a civilian intermediary, taking advantage of her age and local access to move freely without raising suspicion. Security officials say her arrest highlights how terrorist groups rely on local collaborators for survival and operations.

She is currently in custody and undergoing interrogation, while authorities continue efforts to track down other members of the supply network. The Nigerian military reaffirmed its commitment to dismantling all forms of terrorist support systems in the North-East.
