The Federal High Court in Abuja has postponed the trial of Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, who represents Kogi Central Senatorial District, to November 24, 2025.The senator is facing a six-count charge filed by the Federal Government, accusing her of alleged involvement in cybercrime-related offences.
The case, which was scheduled for hearing on Tuesday, could not proceed as earlier planned. The presiding judge consequently fixed a new date to allow all parties adequate time to prepare for trial.Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan, who has consistently maintained her innocence, is expected to appear in court when proceedings resume next month.
