Former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, has rejected the outcome of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) presidential primary election.
Amaechi alleged that the exercise was marred by widespread voter disenfranchisement and other forms of electoral malpractice, claiming that the process did not reflect the true will of party members.
He called for a review of the conduct of the primary, insisting that internal democracy must be upheld to ensure fairness and credibility within the party.
The African Democratic Congress (ADC) is yet to issue an official response to the allegations.
