Ex-Real Madrid Star Iker Casillas’ Housekeeper Arrested for Allegedly Stealing Luxury Watches

Spanish authorities have arrested a housekeeper employed by former Real Madrid and Spain goalkeeper, Iker Casillas, in connection with the theft of five high-end wristwatches from his home.

According to reports from local media on Friday, the housekeeper was detained alongside an accomplice who is suspected of helping to sell the stolen items.

The luxury watches, said to be worth thousands of euros, were reportedly taken from Casillas’ residence in Madrid.Police launched an investigation after the retired football legend noticed the valuable items missing.

The suspects are currently in custody as investigations continue to recover the stolen property and determine the full extent of their involvement.Casillas, widely regarded as one of football’s greatest goalkeepers, captained Spain to victory in the 2010 FIFA World Cup and enjoyed a successful career at Real Madrid before retiring in 2020.
