At least 11 people have been confirmed dead after Typhoon Bualoi battered Vietnam’s coastline, authorities announced on Monday.The powerful storm tore through coastal communities, ripping roofs off buildings, toppling trees, and uprooting electricity poles. Heavy winds and flooding disrupted transport networks and left several towns without power.

Local and national officials said emergency teams have been deployed to affected areas to carry out rescue and relief operations.
