Nollywood actor Laide Olabanji has called on Nigerians to reconsider their political choices ahead of the 2027 general elections, while expressing renewed support for former Anambra State governor and Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi.
Olabanji made his position known in a post shared on his Instagram page, where he questioned the continued support for the return of the current administration despite the economic difficulties confronting many Nigerians.
The actor referenced challenges including rising fuel costs, electricity supply concerns and the broader pressure on households, urging citizens to consider giving Peter Obi an opportunity to lead.
