The Commissioner of Police in Anambra State, Ikioye Orutugu, has ordered a full-scale manhunt for armed gunmen responsible for a deadly attack that claimed the lives of two police officers and two civilians.
The CP visited the scene of the incident and strongly condemned the attack, directing security operatives to intensify efforts to track down and apprehend those behind the killings.
He also reprimanded community leaders in the affected area, urging greater cooperation with security agencies to prevent further violence and ensure the perpetrators are brought to justice.
