A court has granted former Kaduna State governor, , permission to receive dental and eye treatment while in the custody of the (ICPC).
The ruling came following an application by El-Rufai’s legal team, who argued that the former governor required urgent medical attention that could not be adequately provided within the detention facility. The court, after considering the request, approved that he be allowed access to appropriate healthcare under supervision.
El-Rufai is currently being held by the ICPC over allegations of money laundering. Authorities have yet to release full details of the charges, but sources indicate that the investigation is linked to financial activities during his time in public office.
