Award-winning Nigerian singer and record producer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has revealed why he selected Akwa Ibom State as the first stop for his upcoming music concert tour in Nigeria.
Speaking ahead of the highly anticipated event, Davido said his decision was influenced by the world-class facilities and enabling environment the state offers for large-scale entertainment shows.
According to him, Akwa Ibom stands out for its modern infrastructure, including the Nest of Champions Stadium and excellent hospitality services, which make it an ideal location for a concert of such magnitude.
“I chose Akwa Ibom because it has some of the best facilities in Nigeria for hosting big events. The people are warm, and the environment is perfect for music and celebration,” Davido said.
The concert, which is expected to draw thousands of fans from across the country, marks the beginning of the singer’s new nationwide tour aimed at promoting unity and celebrating Nigerian music.
