Chairman of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, has refuted claims that he issued a 21-day ultimatum to the Federal Government demanding the release of the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.
In a statement on Monday, Tompolo described the reports circulating on social media as false, misleading, and the handiwork of mischief makers seeking to drag his name into unnecessary controversy.
He urged members of the public to disregard the publication, stressing that he has no involvement in any ultimatum or protest related to Kanu’s detention.
Tompolo reaffirmed his commitment to peace and national stability, adding that his focus remains on fulfilling the mandate of Tantita Security Services in safeguarding Nigeria’s oil assets and supporting the government’s efforts to end crude oil theft in the Niger Delta region.
