President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has forwarded the name of Dr. Bernard Doro from Plateau State to the Senate for confirmation as a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The nomination, contained in a letter transmitted to the upper chamber, is in line with the President’s constitutional mandate to appoint ministers subject to Senate approval.As of press time, details regarding the ministry Dr. Doro will oversee have not been made public.
