Dr. Chidi Lloyd, former Emohua LGA Chairman, stated that Governor Fubara must apologize to members of the State Assembly whose salaries were withheld for two years, and to all individuals he mistreated, including the LGA chairmen whose allocations were seized.
Lloyd emphasized that genuine reconciliation is impossible without justice, suggesting that any attempts at reconciliation without addressing these injustices would only worsen the situation.
