The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) shared the video on X, detailing the situation.
A motorist resisting arrest from VIO officers has kept under his vehicle thereby creating a scene and avoiding being towed at Akin Adesola inward Ozumba Mbadiwe causing traffic backlog to Civic Centre. VIO officers and Police officers are at the scene as LASTMA officers manage the traffic emanating from the scene.
The presence of both VIO and police officers at the scene, along with LASTMA managing the resulting traffic, highlighted the disruption caused by the motorist’s dramatic act of resistance.
