19-year-old Healthcare Worker Faces Felony Charge for Exploiting Disabled Men.

A 19-year-old healthcare worker in Georgia is facing a felony charge after disturbing TikTok videos surfaced showing her engaging in sexually suggestive dancing on top of disabled men.
Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, a resident of Loganville, was arrested and charged with exploitation of a disabled person.
The charges stem from multiple videos she filmed and posted online, where she is seen wearing medical scrubs and a stethoscope while performing provocative dances on individuals with disabilities.
The Loganville Police Department launched an investigation after the videos gained widespread attention and public outrage on social media.
“On January 23, 2025, we became aware of a disturbing video depicting a woman dancing inappropriately on a disabled person,” stated authorities. “This exploitation is deeply concerning and unacceptable.”
Loganville Police Chief Dick Lowry expressed his disgust, stating, “The individual in the video is clearly vulnerable, and filming and sharing these acts for personal gain is a gross violation of trust.”
Reports indicate that Koiyan may have filmed another video involving a man in a bathtub. While authorities are actively investigating, no additional charges have been confirmed at this time.

In response to the public backlash, Koiyan posted a video attempting to defend her actions, claiming that the individual she danced on was “aware and comfortable.”
Koiyan remains in custody at the Walton County Jail. Authorities are actively investigating potential further victims, as it is believed she worked in an in-home adult daycare program. Her professional licensing status is currently under review.
“This is an ongoing investigation,” confirmed Chief Lowry.
